Eugene J. Gibbons

Eugene “Gene” Gibbons is an Associate Attorney with the Law Offices of Mark P. Much, P.C., where he has been a dedicated member of the firm since 2020. Gene focuses his practice on Criminal Defense, DUI and Traffic Court matters, Personal Injury, and Juvenile Law, representing clients throughout Delaware County, Chester County, Montgomery County, Bucks County, and Philadelphia.

While in law school, Gene gained valuable hands-on experience assisting with high-profile criminal cases, working closely with trial counsel to prepare matters for hearings and trials. Since earning his Juris Doctor in 2023, Gene has immediately taken on an active role representing clients across a wide    range of legal matters. His criminal defense practice includes cases ranging from summary offenses    to serious felony charges, and he has successfully advocated for clients at every stage of the criminal process.

In addition to his criminal work, Gene maintains a civil
practice that includes landlord-tenant disputes and small business
acquisitions involving the negotiation of Asset Purchase Agreements.

A lifelong Delaware County resident, Gene grew up in Ridley Park, Pennsylvania, and graduated from Ridley High School in 2016. While at Ridley, he was a three-sport letterman in football, diving, and lacrosse, experiences that helped shape the discipline, perseverance, and teamwork he brings to his legal practice.

Gene attended King’s College, where he majored in Economics and Political Economy and graduated with honors in 2020. During his time at King’s, he played football and lacrosse and served as a class representative, demonstrating leadership and a strong commitment to his peers. He enrolled at Temple University Beasley School of Law in the fall of 2020.

Gene is known for his strong work ethic, meticulous preparation, and client-focused approach. He is committed to providing effective, personalized representation and guiding clients through the legal system with clarity and confidence.
