Mark P. Much has practiced criminal law for 32 years. He graduated from the Delaware Law School, in 1990 and began his career clerking for Common Pleas Judge Anthony Semeraro. After the clerkship Mr. Much opened the Law Offices of Mark P. Much and has focused his criminal practice in Delaware County for over 30 years. From 2000 to 2003, in addition to his private practice, Mr. Much clerked for Common Pleas Judge Patricia Jenkins, who later went on to become a Judge on the Pennsylvania Superior Court.

 

Mr. Much has a reputation in the region as being one of the toughest and most effective criminal defense attorneys. He has been selected as a “Top Lawyer,” in Mainline Magazine since 2009 and has been selected as a “Super Lawyer,” since 2017. No one gives you a better chance to win a criminal jury trial in Delaware County than Mark P. Much.

 

In addition to zealously representing the criminally accused, Mr. Much has a long history of representing towns and organizations in Municipal Law matters. Mr. Much is currently the solicitor for Marcus Hook, Trainer and Yeadon Boroughs as well as the solicitor for the Delaware County Board of Fire and Life Safety – which is an organization that trains our first responders in Delaware County – and the Boothwyn Fire Company. From 2018 to 2020, Mr. Much represented the Township of Darby.

 

Mr. Much has deep roots in Delaware County. He was born in Chester, PA and attended Sun Valley High School where he played varsity football. He graduated Neuman University in 1987 with a Bachelor’s in Science degree. Mr. Much has been married for over 30 years and has raised three children and one grandchild. Mr. Much’s connections to Delaware County as well as his ability makes him the best choice for your case.
